Glyde General Configuration

The General Configuration includes fields related towards scripts or credentials and general management. This can be access from the Admin Portal by navigating to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Glyde > General.

Site message (appears at the very top of every page)

Enable message above site

Setting this to Yes will display the below fields, in which a message can be written to be displayed at the top of the page in the browser. This can be used for notifications/warnings, rather than any promotional features.

*Message text

Include the message that will appear at the top of the pages. Note that this message does not have any formatting capabilities - it is purely a banner message that appears at the top of the page.

Will only appear if Enable message above site is set to Yes.

*Show only in Internet Explorer

This is used to limit the message to the browser Internet Explorer. Can be used to create a warning message from the above Message text to Customers to ensure they are using the a more up to date browser and prevent issues during their browsing experience.
