Vendor Sign Up

This can be found from the Vendor Sign Up menu item from the Omnyfy Configurations.

Vendor Sign Up

This section primarily controls where Vendors are led to after an application to become a Vendor. This does not apply to Glyde controlled Marketplaces, as there are no redirections.

Field Name	Notes	Scope
Return Url for error of fail	If a vendor sign up fails (for whatever reason), you can redirect them to a specific page. You can create a special page for this where you can instruct users on next steps should they fail to submit the form correctly. Enter the full URL here.	Website

Vendor Sign Up File Upload

This allows you to input server configuration for an S3 Bucket, when allowing Vendors to upload files during sign up. Leave empty if not used.

New Vendor Sign Up - Marketplace Owner Notification

Field Name	Notes	Scope
New Vendor notification e-mail	Sets which e-mail template is used when New Vendor Sign Up notifications to the Marketplace Owner. You can leave this as Default, unless you have a custom template for this. See Marketing > Communications > Email Templates.	Store View

Vendor Signup Permitted Countries

Field Name	Notes	Scope
Default Country	Sets the country that will be pre-selected during the Vendor Sign Up stage.	Store View
Allowed countries for Vendors to Sign Up	Sets the countries available for Vendor Sign Up.	Website
Non permitted countries message	Sets the message that will display when a Vendor attempts to input a Country that is not in the Allowed countries for Vendors to Sign Up.	Store View

New Vendor Sign Up - Vendor Confirmation

Confirmation e-mail for potential Vendor	Sets which e-mail template is used for the Vendor when the vendor has successfully submitted the Vendor Sign Up form. You can leave this as Default, unless you have a custom template for this. See Marketing > Communications > Email Templates.	Store View
Email Sent From	Set which email address this notification to the Vendor comes from. You must have already set up the Store Email Addresses for this to apply. See Stores > Settings > Configuration > General > Store Email Addresses.	Store View
Email Copy (CC) to	Allows you to add more email addresses that will also be notified when a new Vendor has signed up to the platform. NOTE: This is the Vendor Confirmation email, different from the email that Marketplace Owners receive.	Store View

Vendor Notifications - Approved

Vendor Notifications - Rejected

Select Save Config from the top right when configuration is complete.
