Fuse UI - Mapping Product Warehouses

To map a Vendor's Store Inventory with the Marketplace, navigate to the Vendor's row in the Manage Store Connection page and from the Actions column to the right of the grid, choose Select > Map Warehouses.

If the Vendor is connected successfully, you will see all available inventory locations from the store loaded in the left column from the main section, and the mappable sources in the middle.

Column Name

Notes

Map Warehouses

Warehouses From Fuse

This column will show all inventory locations / warehouses identified and synced from the origin Store.

Warehouses from Marketplace

This column allows you to choose which Inventory Source on the Marketplace this row should be mapped to.

Sync Mode

Select the Sync Mode for this specific Warehouse.

  • Always Sync: Ensures all products with this specific location will have their data synced (provided other attributes and categories are also synced).
  • Do Not Sync: Prevents importing new / updating existing products with this location associated.

Inventory Management

Default Stock Qty

Products that do not contain any quantity values will use this number as the default inventory number on import. This will only trigger in the following conditions:

  • The product stock status is In Stock.
  • The inventory quantity value is empty (meaning if a product has 0 stock in the system, it will also import 0 stock and not the value in this field).
🚧

NOTE

If there is a warehouse (not Default) that a product belongs to that is not mapped, it will fall back to use the Default Warehouse for inventory location import.

When done mapping, select Save Mapping on the top right of the page to go back to the Manage Store Connections page. Selecting <- Cancel will not save any changes and take you back to the previous page.
