Accessing Vendor Earnings for Orders

Vendor Earnings View

1. Vendors and the Marketplace Owner can view a Vendor's Earnings by navigating to Marketplace Management > Business and Location > Vendor Profile in the Admin Portal, and then clicking on the Total Earned dollar amount of the specific Vendor in the grid view.

2. You can also access this at any time from Marketplace Management > Earnings Management > Vendor Earnings.

3. Once the page loads, you will be able to see all vendor earnings on a per order basis. The grid view displays the order information, fees details and the payout status of each order - Vendors will only be able to see their own orders.

4. Clicking on the Invoice number (Vendor Payout Processed column) of the paid-out order will download the Invoice PDF file. Clicking on the Payout Reference number will open a new view displaying all orders included in this payout instance. Clicking on the View in the Action column will navigate to the order details view.

This is an example invoice PDF.

The breakdown will show the amount per order.

The total will be at the bottom of the invoice.

Payout Reference Number view

This is the view when accessing the Payout Reference Number link from the Vendor Earnings view. It will be a total of all orders included for this specific payout.
