Sets one or more custom attribute values for a specific order, identified by its unique order ID.
A marketplace admin can set attribute values for any order, while a vendor can only update attributes for their own orders.
Sets value for both new and existing attributes of an order.
Returns in the response only attributes provided in the payload.
